Patrick MahomesandBrittany Mahomesjet set to paradise for their nuptials three years ago.
To celebrate their first anniversary on March 12, 2023, Brittany shared acarousel of photosfrom their big day. “Happy 1st Anniversary,” she wrote in the caption. “One of the best weeks of my life, marrying your best friend it’s one of the greatest things you could do!”
Brittany added, “Nothing beats doing life with you and these beautiful kiddos of ours! Year 1 was wild but we got many more to go. You & Me forever.”
Since tying the knot, Patrick and Brittany have welcomed two more children: a son named Bronze and a daughter named Sterling.

They hosted their wedding weekend in Hawaii

Patrick and Brittany chose the Olowalu Plantation House in Maui, Hawaii as the venue for their intimate nuptials. The tropical destination holds special meaning for the couple as Brittany revealed during an April 2022 Instagram Q&A session that Hawaii is the first placeshe and Patrick vacationed together.
“We have just loved it ever since,” she said. “The weather and views are just perfection there! I wanted somewhere where people couldn’t just pull up to lol.”
Patrick and Brittany kicked off their wedding weekend with a welcome party, which includedsurfboard tables, string lights andcustom Coors Light bottleswith a picture of the couple on them. The pair also hosteda rehearsal dinnerthe night before their nuptials at the Haiku Mill, where guests dined under a canopy of orange flowers.
Brittany wore a custom Versace gown

Brittany and celebrity stylist Mimi Cuttrell worked with Versace tocreate the bride a custom wedding gown. The dress featured a cutout corset-style bodice with crystal detailing, a criss-cross strap back, a sweeping train and a large bustle that resembled a bow. She completed the look with a long tulle veil.
For the reception, Brittany changed into a one-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit and intricate cutouts on the bodice. She paired her second bridal look with white Air Jordans.
Their daughter Sterling was one of the flower girls

The couple’s daughter Sterling — who was 1 year old at the time — played an important role at their wedding,serving as one of their flower girls. She wore a white dress with an oversized bow at the back and rode down the aisle in a blue toy car.
Brittany shared photos of Sterling from the wedding and wrote, “Having your daughter apart of your wedding, just hits different🥺💕I love you sister girl💖.”

Travis Kelce was a groomsman

Travis Kelce, Patrick’s Kansas City Chiefs teammate and close friend, served as a groomsman for the nuptials. The pair’s wedding party also included Patrick’s brotherJackson Mahomesas best man and Kelce’s ex-girlfriendKayla Nicoleas a bridesmaid.
They served multiple wedding cake flavors at the reception

The couple’smulti-tiered wedding cakefeatured white flowers and a blue watercolor design. In an Instagram Q&A session, Brittany revealed that the confection was made of red velvet and carrot cake. The pair also had a cookies and cream-flavored groom’s cake for Patrick.

Patrick and Brittany took an untraditional approach to their first dance. While the song the pair danced to hasn’t been revealed, Brittany did share on Instagram that they performed “our handshake & Rock Paper Scissors battle” before taking to the dance floor.
They honeymooned in St. Barts

Brittany shared a few photos of the coupleenjoying their time on the islandon Instagram, including them doing water sports in the ocean and enjoying a scenic hike.
“Was such a perfect honeymoon,” she wrote alongside one image of her and Patrick posted on her Instagram Stories.
