Jenny McCarthyand husbandDonnie Wahlbergwill be celebrating their 10-year wedding anniversary in style!
“We renew our vows every year,” McCarthy shared.
The actress went on to say that she and Wahlberg, 54, “love it,” and even jokingly compared a vow renewal to another less glamorous renewal.

“I always said it’s like a driver’s license,” McCarthy said. “You renew your driver’s license, so why not?”
“You know, you stand in front of each other… Life gets so busy, and we just want to remind each other of the vows and the path and the love we share,” she explained.
HostKelly Ripa, who noted that she and husbandMark Consuelosare “very anti vow renewal,” inquired about their plans to celebrate, to which McCarthy admitted are still up in the air for now.
“We are figuring that out,” she said. “We think an island we can go to with the kids and they can be there for that.”

McCarthy and Wahlberg first met in 2012 when they appeared on the same episode ofWatch What Happens Live. They then crossed paths again when theBlue Bloodsactor made an appearance on McCarthy’s VH1 talk showThe Jenny McCarthy Showin 2013, and they began dating later that year. By April 2014, they had announced their engagement, andthey said “I do”that August.
During their time together, the couple has not been shy about discussing their vow renewals. Wahlberg previously opened up about why he and McCarthy renew their vows every year in anInstagrampost he shared of their eighth anniversary renewal service.

“Some people ask ‘why do you renew your vows every year?'” he wrote. “Those tend to be the same people that also ask ‘how do you keep your marriage so new?'”
Wahlberg wrote to McCarthy: “I’m so blessed to call you my wife, and so honored to be your husband. I thank god everyday for you, and I thank you always for ‘taking care of my heart’ — as promised. I love you. On to forever.”
