Jennifer Lopezhas something new to celebrate.
According to a report from theWall Street Journalon Monday, the singer’s Bel Air mansion has found a new owner after selling at just under $34 million. The eight-acre estate was originallyput on the market for $42.5 million, nearly six months after Lopez, 54, celebratedtying the knotwith Ben Affleck with aceremony in Georgia.

Its assortment of stone and wood is carried out throughout the home. Once inside, the main level also contains a living area with an elegant bar and fireplace and a view of the property’s expansive terrace.The chef’s kitchen is just as grand, boasting two islands and the option to lounge in its built-in breakfast area or formal dining room.
Also found in the property is another separate guest cottage with a large motor court. The grounds have various ways to entertain guests with its 100-seat amphitheater, pagoda with a firepit, an entertainment pavilion with a full kitchen, a private lake with a sandy beach, and an outdoor shower.

Affleck, 51,spoke out about his marriage to Lopezduring an appearance onTheDrew BarrymoreShowin April.
“Let me tell you something that’s gonna upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. She eats cookies, ice cream, everything. She works out. I work out too, but I don’t magically appear to be 20 years old, you know what I mean, with perfect skin and the whole thing,” she said.
