Seven months aftersuffering a ruptured aneurysm while nine months pregnantand spending one month in a medically induced coma, influencer Jackie Miller James is updating her followers on her recovery.
On Thursday, the California-based influencer, 35, shared her first update since July onInstagram, as she admitted, “This year has taken a lot from us but it’s also given us so many blessings.”
“If it wasn’t for family, friends and this community, we don’t know where we would be right now,” the statement, which was signed “Jackie & Family,” concluded.

Jackie spent a month in a medically induced coma after suffering the ruptured aneurysm. Shewoke up in early July, according to an update shared on her Instagram.
While she had “an incredibly long road to recovery ahead of her,” the update acknowledged that Jackie was “performing above expectations at this stage of her recovery” as her family continued to ask for “prayers, love and support.”
