There ’s a strange bug on Facebook where if you post @[xxx:0 ] in a gossip ( with the 30 being three random numbers ) , when you hit enter a random name will look . For instance : @[345:0 ] = Karina Scalise . Weeeeiiiiirrrrrd !
It ’s presently being passed around Facebook as a “ enter in the last three digits of your phone figure and Facebook will tell you your headphone ’s name ! ” kinda affair , which is , y’know , dumb . My champion Aaron who tip me on this think it ’s more likely database coordinate of user accounts or Facebook employees . I did a small more tinkering with it and seems that the final 0 can be any finger’s breadth or missive and it still works . you’re able to get other weird results with more messing around . One combination I tried result in “ Nokia . ” Figure that one out .
Thanks toAaron Josephfor the tip !

This is n’t a bug . The figure bowed stringed instrument corresponds to the ID turn of a Facebook pageboy or profile . lodge it between square bracket — which are preface by an “ @ ” symbolization — separate Facebook to commute the number to its corresponding schoolbook ( be it a substance abuser name or a page title ) .
The “ 0 ” — or other number — after the colon is there to prevent the born-again text from turn into a link to the corresponding page or visibility ( as a tag usually does ) .
you may expend this trick with recollective number string as well . For example , @[5021234:0 ] will change to my name , as “ 5021234 ” equate to my profile . ( you could confirm this by going to facebook.com/5021234 . )

Or or else you’re able to enter something like @[322080934472296:0 ] and it ’ll convert to the text “ Do n’t Panic ! This is just a test . ” ( Which tally to the claim of a Facebook page I made … which happens to have that special ID number . )
So there ya go .
