The desk was designed and assembled by artists Tom Spina and Richard Riley of Tom Spina Designs , a NY - base company specializing in custom carving .
It ’s made from four main components : the Methedrine top , the frosty block and 2 calorie-free - up side supports . The side support are computer - cut steel and lineament tint acrylate resin sheets and internal firing .
