After debuting the MCU’s Phase 5 with the release ofAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Marvel shared the first look at the upcomingCaptain Marvelsequel withthe official poster.
With the tagline “Higher. Further. Faster. Together,” the artwork shows Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) taking flight as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani) stands below.

Marvel Studios released the movie’sfirst full-length trailerfor the film in July 2023. In the clip, Jackson’s Nick Fury banters with “prodigal child of the Mliky Way” Danvers before viewers are introduced to Kree leader Dar-Benn (Ashton). Dar-Benn tells Danvers, “You took everything from me, and now I’m returning the favor.”
The trailer then shows Danvers, Rambeau and Khan in action as they work together to save the universe.

The Marvelsrelease date has changed quite a bit in recent months. It was previously scheduled to be released on Feb. 17, 2023, but ended upswapping release dates withAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania(originally scheduled for July 28, 2023) as theAnt-Manfilm was “further along in the production process” than expected (according to Deadline).
However, in February 2023, Marvel unveiled the official poster, which revealed the film had been pushed back again. It is now scheduled to hit theaters on Nov. 10, 2023.
