After the heartbreak that wasAvengers : Infinity War , the only desire Marvel Cinematic Universe fan had was that theAvengersseries would find oneself a clever way of life to bring our favorite superheroes back for a 4th and final flick . Although we still are n’t sure how — or if — our pet characters will be brought back to life history followingThe Decimation , we know that we ’ll at least be figure a peck of them again in the upcomingAvengers : Endgame .
The first dawdler , released in other December , feature a soloRobert Downey Jr.asTony Stark / Iron Man , think over on all the damage Thanos did and the friends he lost . We then see Captain America , The Hulk , and Black Widow , each of them seeming likewise vote down following the events of the last film . Hawkeye and Thor are also briefly shown . The only redeem part of the trailer is seeing Paul Rudd ’s Ant - Man come to the front door at the end . The Heron ask if it is an old content they are seeing on their monitor , but Black Widow confirms it ’s happening right now — all but confirming the theory thatAnt - Manwill be using the Quantum Realm to sentence - travelling and hopefully forbid the issue ofInfinity War .
That brief inkling of hope has MCU fan clamoring to see more . And while they should expect a 2nd trailer for the film at some full point , that does n’t necessarily intend they ’ll see much more footage from the new film .
