Harbour was previously spotted with Allen in August while he was filmingBlack Widowin London. The two attended the performance ofThe Lehman Trilogyat the Piccadilly Theater and then dined at a restaurant, according toE! News.
Harbour, who previously datedFantastic Beastsstar Alison Sudol, has been linked to Allen since they sparked dating rumors in January when they attended the BAFTA Tea Party together.

Allen, the sister ofGame of Thrones‘Alfie Allen, revealed in January that shesplitfrom her DJ boyfriend Meridian Dan. The two had been linked since 2015.
