This video shows 22 - year - old Australian tourer Erin Langworthy bungee cord jump out from the Victoria falls bridge , 364 feet ( 111 meters ) over the Zambesi River . Just a normal tourist video until the cord check and she falls into the crocodile - infested water system .
Miraculously , she survived after suffer herself quite poorly and swimming out of the river rapids with her legs still bond . Fun !
sing to 9news , Erin described her ordeal :
It went black straight away and I feel like I ’d been slapped all over . The water was going quite quick and then I get to hear the roar . It ’s like being in waves , you get fellate under and then you toss off up so it ’s very disorientate , I did n’t know which was up or down .
Not scary enough ? It get bad :
It was quite scary because a couple of time the rope actually got caught on some rock or debris . I actually had to float down and jerk the bungee cord out of whatever it was caught on to make it to the surface .
Fortunately , she survived the smash , the crocodiles and the rapids with just a fractured collar bone , massive bruises and a not bad write up to tell to her future kids . [ television channel 9viaEl Mundo(In Spanish ) ]
