DC’sBlack Adam moviehas hypothetically existed for agood amount of time . If it were n’t for asizzle reel of 2022 DC moviesa few calendar month ago , plus the Rock ’s recurring promise that “ the power structure of of power in the DC Universe is about to shift , ” you could reasonably thinkthis andThe Flashwere Schrodinger ’s superhero films . But would n’t you know it , we ’re meant to finally get a trailer this week , and along with that poke , we ’ve got some showy new posters to gawp at .
Johnson tweeted a foursome of artful posters over the weekend , and they all depend pretty fresh . One of them usher Johnson ’s nominal antihero in his full costume , cape include , which definitely makes him look imposing . More crucial are the other three card , which give us our best look at the film ’s take on the Justice Society of America . For the film , the JSA consists only of four members : Hawkman ( Aldis Hodge),Doctor Fate ( Pierce Brosnan),Atom Smasher ( Noah Centineo ) , andCyclone ( Quintessa Swindell ) . Two of the posters have Adam standing alongside the iconic superhero team , but the most interesting poster of the bunch demonstrate Hawkman and Adam flying towards one another , no doubt quick to duke it out .

Much like the plot of the moving-picture show itself , the details of the JSA ’s involvement in this film have been tantalizingly vague . We do screw , at least from the aforementioned sizzle lurch , that Fate — as his human individuality , Kent Nelson — will endeavor to win over Adam to link their small squad of heroes . However long he manages to make squeamish with the JSA , it seems like they ’ll emphatically take issue with hiswillingness to kill . Not just because hero do n’t do that , but also because his killing are said to be pretty brutal .
We ’ll have to wait until Wednesday to see if Black Adam and its violence will live up to the hype forwards of its ( hopefully determinate ) October 12 vent . Until then , these posters will hopefully make for ripe phone wallpaper .
