During an appearance onWatch What Happens Live with Andy CohenMonday night, Mayer, 45, played a game of “Hot Po-Titty” with the host.
Passing each otherReal Housewives of Orange CountystarTamra Judge’s breast implant, the duo had to name all of the things they loved about their friendship in 30 seconds.
“People love to pester John and me with questions about the inner workings of our friendship, so right now we’re explaining what truly makes us the ‘breast of friends,' " Cohen, 55, told viewers, as seen ina clip shared to his Instagram Story.

Kicking off the funny game, Cohen stated that Mayer was “so loyal,” while the singer described the presenter as “very caring to everyone around you."
Cohen then joked, “I love your supple lips,” with Mayer adding, “I love your FaceTimes where you’re laying in bed in a hotel room and you’re bored.”

“I like how you express emotion,” the dad of two added, after which the “New Light” hitmaker revealed that he loved Cohen’s “bootleg SnoopyLouis Vuittonsweatshirt.”
Showing off his vocal skills, Mayer then sang that he loved his friend’shouse in the Hamptons. However, due to the singer still holding the breast implant at the end of the 30 seconds, he lost the game.

Cohen and Mayer’s friendship spans many years. In February 2022, the singer spoke at Cohen’sHollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, while in December of that year, theBravostar revealed onTable for Two with Bruce Bozzithat Mayer is“very in touch with his emotions.”
“He is someone to say, ‘I love you and I cherish you and I cherish our friendship’ — just this stuff that straight guys aren’t necessarily supposed to say,” Cohen explained.

During a June appearance on SiriusXM’sThe Howard Stern Show,Cohen joked that he and Mayer were “in love with each other,” but insisted they’dnever taken their relationship to the next level.
Back in 2018, Cohen also clarified that the pair had never dated, adding thatthe speculation did not surprise him.
“We have a very sweet friendship, and we are together all the time,” hetold CNN. “I was not surprised because we also have a great love for each other. So it just seems like the obvious assumption.”
