A noteworthy aggregation of five pre - Hispanic clay puppets with rotate heads has been discovered in El Salvador . apart from the expert workmanship that went into making the item , the ancient figurines are notable for the context in which they were found - atop the largest Pyramids of Egypt at the mysterious situation of San Isidro .
